My M is running 13.6X38's on the back and 6.50X16's on the front. If I had the money and needed to replace tires I would go to 15.5's on the rear for more traction (my M spins out when pulling, but the rears aren't loaded). As for the pressures I think Denny is pretty close. Just inflate the rears until the bars just contact the ground when sitting level and unloaded. On the fronts, use as much air as needed to make it steer pretty easy (I wouldn't go much over 45 PSI).

Now, if I didn't have the money and needed a tire or two, I think I would look around for a good used tire. You might get lucky and find a decent 13.6X38 rear pretty cheap.
