Richard, you can make one fairly easily. Find a piece of rod the right size and using a latch from the hood for a pattern shape one up drill holes for the spring retainer and you are in business. A machine shop operator near me made one up for a few bucks. The other alternative is to find a hood beyond restoration that still has the latches on it. Springs,washers and split pins shouldn't be a problem. Good luck from Mike Soldan in Exeter Ontario
