Plow Man You will probably need to find a R model for 12 volt gauges. Will need the dash units and also the sending units to match. I am going the other way, restoring a RC160 that was 12 volt, lucky someone installed direct oil pressure and water temp gauges but the fuel gauge was ruined as well as heater motor. Do you have electric or vac. wiper motor? Could have another problem there if electric. This will probably open a can of worms but I can't see changing to 12 volt, I have 2 other 6 volt trucks and a C Farmall restored and have no problem starting. Yes 12 volt will crank faster but with multi-grade oils I have no problem getting these antiques going.
