All the 38 F20s that I have seen had the iron wheels with demountable rims, somewhat like the later H, but a different style. At this same time frame, the F14 also had the iron wheels and removeable rims. I dont know when or if the F20 stopped using F&H wheels, but the evolution seems to be toward the later wheels in 38. That is not to say they were never used, since I have also seen pictures of several with the F&H wheels. I guess it depends on if you want the older look, or the newer look.
