According to the IH Data Book by Guy Fay, the ser # for the C in 1951 from 71880-80432. The production in 1951 for the Super C was from 100001-131156. So it looks like you have a Super C, unless someone changed the box where the tag is. Double check motor ser. #. It should be the same. As for the wide front, I don't believe they kept track of what type of front end they used, unlike MM where the model denotes the axle configuration......Dave
