Found another MD wonder what's it worth

I have one MD that I restored. I've found another. It's 250 miles away so have not looked at it. Wondering about opinions on the value. I know the engine is stuck, that the tires are flat and that it has been kept in a shed and is not rusted. Also, I think he said the radiator leaks. If last ran about 12 years ago. I suspect the radiator is the reason they quit using it. It was last used to run a silage blower. What should I have to pay for it?? I've been thinking about going to look at it. The guy will not price it, but I told him $400-500 was my max maybe less after I looked at it. He did not seem to take much issue with that.
