No good or bad years. What counts is how much use it has had. All Super As have hydraulics with rockshaft arms. Rare to find one with a remote hydraulic set up, although it was an option and can be done. I guess you are aware the PTO is offset, so some implements may have hook up problems, especially if you are going to install a 3 point and use 3 point stuff. If you want a belly mower, and you find a Super A without one, you can buy a new Woods brand mower for it. That will be around $1500. You need to have the belt pulley attachemtn on the Super A to run the Woods. Most have that.
