Woods Mower Problem

I have a Woods L306 on a Farmal B. It runs off the Big Pulley coming straight out the main PTO shaft. There is some kind of hub PTO extender that is attached to the tractor PTO shaft and then the Pulley attaches to this hub. This hub shaft is some kind of PTO extender so the big drive pulley doesn't hit the tractor. Here's the problem - how do you get this thing off the PTO shaft? I want to put the pulley on another tractor. Is this whole set up suppose to wobble? It wobbles but won't come off. I can't find any set screws or anything.
