We run our blower on a CIH 7220, a bit overkill, but you need at least 85hp for ours. It is 6ft wide I believe. From my experience I would think that you should look for a different tractor to put it on. Having a cab is really nice because no matter what direction you point the spout the snow will blow back at you. You also want a tractor that will allow you to keep the blower going strong after you push in the clutch, you do a lot of creeping when blowing snow, so yes, live PTO is a must. I would think an H would be way short of power needed for the size of blower you are thinking of. You would be better off putting a loader on that tractor instead of a blower. When we get snows we run both a snowblower and a loader tractor at the same time to clear out our driveways and yards, both have their strong points. You can't use a blower around buildings very safely, so that is where the loader works well. Down the lane is where the blower shines, just put the tractor in reverse and you are done. Much easier than scooping with a loader.
