I think that you are right about adjusting the tilt at the links. But Perhaps I will get around to designing a modification to the hitch where the torque rod could be disconnected. Ain't likely to happen soon though! The selective lift is a valve set that allows right side and left side cultivators to be controlled independently or together. It mounts on the steering column and has one lever that controls two valves and also has a flow control valve (the handle of which is broken). The lever also is connected to the control rod that goes down to the lift all pump (not live hyd.). one of these days I'll sell the wife on the idea of converting to live hydraulics. But for now the old stuff will have to do! The way I figured out what the selective lift was for was when I bought "Farmall Tractors" by Lee Klancher. There is a photo in an old ad on page 64.
