I insert the adapter bars in the fast hitch sockets just far enough to hold them(about 2 inches). Then back up to the implement leaving about 1 inch between the implement lower pins and ball socket of the adapter bars. Lock the brakes on the tractor and pull the bars backward and outward and slip them over the pins. There is enough slop in the fast hitch pockets to do this plus you don't pull the adapter all the way out so it doesn't fall out on the ground. Then just back the tractor until the latches drop, connect the top link and you're hitched. Of course the easiest thing to do is to use fast hitch implements. It beats 3 point any day.
