I saw 2 or 3 different brands of corn stoves at the Ohio farm-science review(AG Expo) last year and it seems like a GREAT idea to me. I am looking at the pamplet right now. They were about $3,500 on sale. One model holds 14 bushels and can last up to 10 days on 14 bushels. Leaves about a pound of ash for every 100 lbs of corn. If I did have a scanner I would post it. A lot less work sitting in the combine cab or tractor w/ picker than hauling cord after cord of wood from the woods on and off the truck. Now if we could just get this idea going and take corn from $1.75-$2.00 a bushel to $5-$6 a bushel we could see some decent profits. I should contract corn to grow just for heat. I should buy one and quit paying for propane. They said they locked me in at a certain price but then raised it anyway. Here's the dealer for corn stoves: Midwest Grain Stoves 6123 N. County road 700E Union City, IN 47390 the number is 1-888-740-0127 They are made by Big M manufacturing in Taylorville,IL 62568 number is 217-824-9327

The seed bed was soft enough that the rear end would spin and slowly work its way to the downhill side of the gardens slight incline. From this, we learned our lesson sinc
