Jerry, Sounds like a couple of things. The gas dripping out of the weep hole indicates that your needle/and seat aren't sealing. Either replace them with one with the viton tip on the needle or take a plastic mallet and give the needle a couple of light taps to form them together so they will seal (ONLY if the needle is brass). The plug fouling is pretty normal for a tractor that doesen't get worked hard, like plowing all day. Try changing to a set of plugs that are at least two heat ranges hotter than standard, eg: Champion D15Y are standard, try a set of D18Y or D21Y instead. I use D21Y in all my IH tractors and they don't foul out. Same for my AC tractors, except the plugs are a different type. This has stopped all the plug fouling problems for me. Phil
