That sounds a little high, you may want to make sure your oil pressure relief valve is working. It should prevent the oil pressure from getting over 70 psi. Too high pressure could contribute to oil pump failure. In answer to the original question, I get worried if idle pressure drops below 10 psi and don't like to work an M hard if the oil pressure hot at full load is under 40. They should run 60 to 70.
