We replaced the gas engine in our 756 with one of these D310 from a IH715 combine 4 year ago. What a difference made it into a super tractor ,lotes of power and great fuel economy. We also have a IH826 with the D358 engine in it. Same block but more cubes. We have had it since 1975 and it can still handle a heavy days work.Has only had the water pump replaced and a few oil leaks fixes over the last 26 years. But these motors dont like to start in cold weather so we have block heaters on them.
