Can't emphasise the safety hazards on this too much! Operating that "lift-all" control rod while standing next to a pto-driven cement mixer is an invitation to injury.
Also...the lift-all system found on the old H and M tractors is SINGLE ACTING, so it may dump the cement for you, but it will take some extra plumbing for it to return that mixer to the former position.
