Check out the obvious such as u-joints in the steering shaft, loose bearing/gear etc. In my experience it is most often the bushings in the upper bolster. There is a large one in the bottom casting and a smaller one at the top in the bottom of the worm & sector gear housing. If they are a LITTLE loose they cause a BIG wobble! Both plus a new seal should be available as a kit or individually from CIH or after market. Good Luck.
