Try a IH 424, 444 or 454. These were built from about 1964 to 1972. You can get one for $3000-4000 price range. They come in gas and diesel. The diesel version will cost a little more. Most have live PTO. They have a high/low range transmission with 8 speeds forard and 2 reverse. They have live hydraulics and an 3 point hitch and they can easily be fitted with a loader. Lots of them have loaders. They are in the 35-40 HP range, utility style, built in England. Try to get one that has power steering, as the PS was an option.
