This question came up back in Dec. Someone mentioned getting a gauge kit from Bermuda Ken at C&G. Supposedly mounts near the governor and the sender bulb goes into an existing hole near the drain plug.

I've thought about a gauge for mine, but so far (winter only) my finger works OK. Opening the radiator cap and sticking my finger in, it's never warmer than bath water.
I think a thermostat would be a better addition.
