Lots of penetraiting oil! Let it set a day, then lots more oil. Be careful heating it after pouring oil on it-could start of BIG fire. After 2 or three days of this rap on it with a medium hammer for a long time, maybe an hour or so. If you can get it to move even only a little your ok so watch it closely. Then more oil and hammering. Did this for a week to get the bolts out of my BN drawbar. Your situation could be worse if your tires have been loaded and the chloride water leaked on it. Also, can you get an impact wrench on it? what about driving over a bumpy road to work the bolt loose? Hammer on the head also, even though you'd be driving it the wrong way. Good luck. Dave BN.
