Hi Gene, Yup, your dead on the money about the dzus clip on the bottom of the grill. The power unit grill has a bolt hole right under the hand crank hole, and the tractor's bracket has a spring (for the dzus clip) on the bottom for attaching the bottom of the grill. My "A" also has a cable operated "Kill" switch like yours. Its my understanding that these are hard to come by. Any chance that you might have some good pictures of your hood and grill that you can email me? Steve T
