You guys are GREAT!!! 1) Thanks for the pointer about the ballbearing when I remove the bolt to release the track tension. Sure enough, out oozed that little ballbearing. The track is back on, ballbearing back installed, and the tracks adjusted and going again. I was trying to turn and a stump was against the inside edge of the track which forced it off the sprocket. Operator error! 2) Thanks for the backhoe tip. It was SO easy. Droppped it down, removed the pins, pulled forward, removed the hoses amd drove off. I never amagined a piece of equipment that size would be so easy to remove. You guys are the greatest!!!! And now that 350b is so nimble moving around the trees, you are right, it is a completely different machine!! I was buzzing around those trees, going where I never could have before with that backhoe hanging off the back end. Thanks again every one!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! MrBill
