International TD 4 crawler dozer

I have a chance to purchase a TD 4. I don't know the serial number but the dozer starts and runs good. But only the left track turns. It has been sitting outdoors for some time and needs some cosmetics and undercarriage work. What is this machine worth? Is it large enough to do any substantial work? About how much would it weigh? What years did International build this tractor? Sorry about asking so many questions, but I'm a newbie on this machine.
