1951 Farmall C w/3 Pt Conversion

 | | we found this old girl back around 1982 in a field left where the engine died we bought it and brought it home the engine turned out to be beyond repair so it was replaced with a old combine engine.Since then it has pushed many loads of dirt with the plow blade as well as snow has pulled a 3 botttem plow for a few years and now mainly pulls the manure spreader and rototiller and thru all that to me it has become a part of the family even tho there is talk of replacing her duty on the farm with a newer smaller tractor Ill never let her go and planto restore her if it comes to that . Memories of an IH Super A When I was ? up to 10, I worked on my Papaw's farm in Greeneville, TN every summer. As I grew older (7), it was the thrill of my day to ride or drive on the tractor. My Papaw had a 1954 IH Super A that he bought to replace a Cub. My Papaw raised "baccer" (tobacco) and corn with the Super A, but the fondest memory was of the sawmill.
