1960s Self-Propelled Sprayer
Antique Tractor
 | | My uncle, Edgar Raabel, built this sprayer in the mid 60s. He used the drive train, rear axle and operator's platform from a John Deere '55' combine. It was propelled by a 4 cylinder Hercules engine from a Case combine. It had an 80 foot boom and a 250 gallon tank. He used the wheels off his '96'JD combine during spraying season.
