We have used spinosads and heavy organo phospates. That stuff your using will not work. Talk to a chemical field salman from your fertilizer and chemical company.

We grow potatoes in the garden and alfalfa hay, so, we get leafhoppers plus potato beetles. I spray for
leafhoppers and hand pick potato bugs. There are days I will walk the rows 4x per day, and constantly
find bugs. If I scout for egg sacs early and destroy them I get ahead. After hatching, they can really take
off.
