Hello, i bought a small canopy generator set 24KW with Cummins engine from China (https://www.dieselgeneratortech.com/cummins/cummins-24gf.html). It is used as standby generator set. I put it at warehouse for one year, these days, I am going to use it to generate electricity, found that it fails to work, what is the problem? Can anyone help me?

Have a model and serial number. What is it not doing.

I agree with that. But you also need to know what it is. What control system does it have. What is wrong that it doesn't work. Much better than guessing.
For sure.
But often times a person asks a question like that, and 10 of us jump on and say hey dummy, we need more info you can?t get any help the way you worded that what are you thinking........
And it kinda puts new people off and scared to type any more when we all shout back at them.
So figured a little basics of what to look for might help get some feedback, and more info from the person. Because we all are here because we want to help. We just need a little more info of what is going on.

I agree Paul. Some people can make the one asking. Feel like an idiot for asking. I always tell people there is no dumb question. If you are trying to learn. Ask any question you need to. But try to give all the information you can. Model and serial number. What it is doing or not doing. What have you tried or not. Make the person feel like a friend seeking help. No good jumping on someone for asking.
