Book says to join two rolls together make a small tight splice in the wire...........how do I make a small tight splice that will make it through the guides and rollers????

Overlap the wires(each wire pointing at the other) about 4 inches, hold in middle with pliers and twist each wire around other wire in opposite directions. Clip off remaining wrapping part of wire close to the wire headed toward baler so as not to hang in wire guides.

Simpler method is to buy a NH wire splicing tool for $38 as it works great on my JD347 wire baler. Great little invention as it will make the tightest little twist much better than the pliers method. Ive even seen one homemade copy of NH's tool.
