Walk behind tractor

I'm looking at a couple of walk behind tractors, just to mess around with or restore. One has is a Wards, has a B&S engine. The other I think is also a Wards with a Wards motor on it. The one with the Wards motor is bigger and the one with the B&S has the cultivator with it. The guy said they both ran when he put them in the shed. Don't know much else about them. Just thought they might be fun to play with. Any idea what a fair price is with the little info I have supplied?

I have picked up the old David Bailey walk behinds for as little as $5 at auctions and that was non running and as much as $150 running with implements

My Dad paid $150 for his a few years back. It came with a single bottom plow, disc, cultivator, and a 3 foot snow blade. Motor was bad so he swapped it with a 5 horse briggs and stratton. It works great in his garden. We used to use it to skid small logs out of the woods too.

The one with a Wards Lable engine that actually is a Wisconsin engine. Have several I would like to get running but no money to do it with.

I would offer $100.00 for each tractor. I restored the StandardTwin garden tractors back in the 1970's. They were all gear driven and had a pto. They would pull a 10-inch moldboard plow easily. All of these were on steel. Hal
