got some draw bars at sale for jubilee, they have small clips on each outside edge about 4 inches from ends, any idea what these nwere for? They aren't part of the stay chains as I have all tht, just curious, thanks for any help

If they are what I'm thinking they are little holder clips to keep your linch pins in when you don't have an implement on the 3 point.
