There is a Avery thresher in the video in the link below. It looks a lot smaller than the ones I have seen before. Is this a midget size? Did they come in all different sizes? If it is a miny one, how hard are they to find?

Thanks.

Yeah, it's a late model all steel version. Interesting that it's yellow, the older wood model were known as "Yellow Fellows" but that's the first later all styeel type that I've ever seen painted yellow. I've got a 28 X 46 my brothers and I are trying to renovate...lotta work and some bucks invested so far and we're just starting to put it back together. Lots of rusted sheet metal, we had to have a conplete new grain pan built.
We wnated an Avery because that's what our Grand-dad had back years ago and it was finally scrapped in late 1951. It was a big one, a 36 X 60 all steel, and he bought it new in 1929 and threshed 22 seasons with it. Pulled it with a lightweight Rumely 30-60 tractor. It made a fine threshing outfit, would work the daylights out of a big crew keeping it busy.
