Great song sung by an awesome artist. Used to be the innvocation song every Sunday morning.
I heard this on CBS on Friday night. She did a fine job singing that. My wife also sang that when she was younger. She also sang the Lord's Prayer at one of her co-worker's wedding. I will repost it as a link. Hal

It's hard to tell when they scream a song. Does she have a good voice when sings in her regular voice? Maybe I'm the only one that still likes to hear a pretty voice sing a pretty song. I just like a natural voice from the heart. Rita Coolidge comes to mind along with Karen Carpenter however there are several of today's artist that are good also when they decide to sing so they can be understood.

Jim, I also don't like the "screamers" that most of the entertainers are today. However I was presently surprised how they did on the show that night. For the most part they did well. Carrie has a beautiful voice and I enjoy listening to her when she isn't doing her "screaming.
