no, I thought that was enough,it would not run unless the choke was out,and it was missing,they said the engine was all gone over,but Idid not want to take a chance for that kind of money,I want one,but I dont need one ,if you know what I mean, lol
 
Other than the cub those tractors would all make money.Good quality tractors are hard to find.All you see for sale is junk like in the most of the photo adds.
 
Hate to say it Larry but I think you missed the boat on that Cub. They're about as easy to fix as anything and that's a nice lookin tractor for the money...

Wow, that 1020 John Deere and 240 Farmall would have been coming home with me at those prices. Would have bid easily $1,000 more on each. Have been watching for one of each of those tractors for quite sometime and I can hardly find wore out tractors for those prices here in MN.
 
yes/, your probably right,but it has been a long hard winter and I dont know whats coming up,so I am getting second thoughts if I really should spend money, I give away everything I grow,its hard to justify growing more,and if I get a cub I will probably enlarge the garden and give away everything Dont want you to think I wasted your time asking you for info, I just am getting cold feet.
 
Fair enough. You maintain a good bit more willpower than me. If I'd seen that cub only bidded up to that price you can bet it would have followed me home along with a good dose of buyers remorse.
