Guy just left that bought a set of wheels with good but worn out tires mounted on rims for my tractor series.
Bid and won them for 93 euro on ebay, drove 600 miles RT with a trailer (speed limit is 48MOH with a trailer here) to pick them up. I just put a brand new set of tires/tubes on my tractor for 270 euro.

Guy was tickled to death though.....

Yeah, that sounds about right. People will spend $10 to save $1. I have a aunt that will drive to the next town to buy something a couple bucks cheaper.
 
I am in construction-trim carpentry to be exact. I don't install vinyl base very often, as that is a specialty that the flooring installer does. BUT, every once in a while I am asked to do a little of it. The glue comes in the larger caulk tubes, and you buy a nozzle that spreads it out for you-works quite well. This nozzle is, at MOST $5.00. A previous employer had me clean out the nozzle-it took me a half hour, and he was paying me $14.00 per hour! You do the math... LOL!
