Would like some feedback...guys. Selling my Dads kubota due to health reasons and would like input on what different people think the value is, not finding many for sale to compare with. Its a 1977 25hp l245dt 4 wheel drive with front loader, with 2567 hours. Has a new radiator, new water pump, new thermostat and new hydrolic hoses on loader. Does have some surface rust. Appreciate input from knowledgeable people.

Couple of photos would do wonders. Condition of tires? Sheet metal condition? Been stored inside? One owner? Have manuals? Tom

if it runs good and operates as it should, 5000.00 is not to much,...just sold one a year ago for 4600.00 that had good rubber and it went fast

Check out agdealer.com and compare prices. I think it would be easy to get $5000 here in Ontario unless it is all beat up. Just saw a Kubota M4500DT 4wd with cab and that looked like it had gone through a war and lost sell for $7500 at a consignment auction.

I sold my for $5500 with a front end loader and a 6ft rear blade. Very clean, 1200 hours. 4WD it was a 1979.

I sold mine in 2004, when the ecomony was getting ready to peak out. Its now almost 8 years later, and yours has double the hours. I see some of the local tractor jockeys still pricing older compacts like that kinda high. But you have to remember that was a pretty basic tractor, $5000 can get you into a utility tractor and away from the light front axle under the 245s and worm gear drive. Don't know if parts are getting scarce yet or not.

Look at tractorhouse and price yours on the low side and you'll be ok. Seems everything on tractorhouse is listed for about double of what it is actually worth or sells for.

Just a swag, 3500-4000, depending on tire condition.
