1st hay cut.

Driving back from Mexico today we drove by a farmer making his first hay cut of the year. Looked like clover from the road. I hope it doesn't blow away, the wind has been blowing 30 to 40 mph with gusts to 50 mph almost daily for 3 weeks. Guess we should be thankful that we don't get tornados in this part of the country. The people back East that have suffered such devistation are in our prayers.

Today we woke up to about 4 inches of wet snow, still coming down. Weathermen say we are supposed to get the same again on Thursday.

1st hay cut.
