Nice old ad.

I added up all the prices on your sheet $58, in my head so I may be off a little. A new Model T 1920 cost around $350. So, in todays prices, can you completely overall a $35,000 car for $5800? Don't know, but at least I could work on the Model T myself. Other than the top speed of 3omph, no a/c and questionable mechanical brakes.

I'd definitely take the pistons/rings for $7, and the engine/trans overall for $25.

Rick

But as by the picture, I really prefer a Model A over a Model T. A little easier to shoehorn some power into.

Actually, it's a 1915. If it was a '14, the rear fenders would not be curved behind the rear wheels, they would go straight out the back same as the front ones go to the front.

In 1915, my great uncle bought a new 1915 Model T. I still have the original invoice for $525, dated June 15, 1915. Then he got a $50 rebate because over 300,000 Model T's were sold between August, 1914 and August, 1915.
