We have a Honda BIG RED three wheeler we use to check and work the irrigation with, we have used it for years. Son had it out today and was away from the pump and discovered he he did not have wireless control for turning the pump on and off. OK I will run back and get it. One thing he forgot because he was in a hurry. A single strand barb-wire fence. Came into the house dripping blood. The wire had caught him waste high. Fast trip to ER. Sewed up a six inch gash across his fat belly. He was darn lucky but will be sore. Suppose he will take time to fix the brakes. Gosh Dad we never use them.

About 10 years ago high school classmate was home from air force after 3 years, visiting him at his farm, he was riding a neighbors big red 3 wheeler, came around a downhill corner too fast (25- 30 mph), hit the side of the gravel (He didn't know where the brakes were) went into 5' deep ditch with concrete rubble sides, 3 wheeler bounced out, he didn't 10 stitches on head, cut ligament below kneecap. carried him to my car for trip to ER. still don't trust atv/snomobiles unless I test them first, will not ride if anyone else driving...

Hope he heals fast

My dad had a friend going home from a party and was riding a motocycle and was crusing pretty fast down a old mine road and didnt see the cable at the end of the road and it decapatated him and killed him so your son was very lucky all he got was stiches

Had a friend back in HS that went through a barb wire fence on a snowmobile. Scarred his face up pretty bad but he kept his head about him.

Going through a barbed wire fence BACKWARDS with a Camaro while standing between the open door and the car and getting pinned (bleeding) to the roof doesn't work REAL well, either! (No, I do NOT wish to discuss HOW I know this!)

My son ran into a barb wire fence on his snowmobile in the 70s, He made it to a neighbors house with a cut throat. We got him to the hospital before he went into shock, After 2 hours of surgery the Dr came out and said he had a 50-50 chance, He made it and still has a scar. It severed 2 arterys and poked a hole in the 3rd one. The Dr said he could put his hand in the throat and have his fingers come out of his mouth. To close for comfort

Believe it was Hill Nursery in Carpenterville, IL many years back the the owners son lots his head on a snow machine on a pipe or wire. Glad you son will pull thew.
