John Dere Mod-40 tractor

Will the changes made to the 3 point hitch system between the mod-40 & Mod-50 limit my access to 3 pt implements.I'd like to buy the tractor but wonder if I will have to make an expensive hunt for 3 pt stuff.Thanx for any help.

The 40 would be standard cat 1 equipment, The 50 was not made with a 3 point so would have to be after market and likely cat 2 if it is not the Deere 800-801 hitch that is not a true 3 point hitch and for the top link mount a lot of machines will not acept that mount and lower links would be cat 2.
