Can someone post pictures of a Nine Speed set up on a farmall H?
Are there different versions of Nine-Speed setups on these tractors?
Any and all information would be great!

Thanks for everything!

I,myself, would like to see a break down of the nine speed that uses the cable for shifting as I have one in a M that I am now working on.

Thanks

Very little to see-all a pic will show is a cable going into the tranny.Good luck on finding a drawing of the insides. I am sure someone on here has a diagram. M&W who made the accessories like that has been out of business for years, so it would eb hard to find a drawing.

Beatles 65, never seen 1 with a cable to shift it. Seen some with a shift lever on the left side of the tractor, close to the clutch pedal, I think they were Heislers. Most I saw came out of nebraska

I rebuilt a m with a 9speed -- the cable is the part you want to get right the first time! The cable on mine went thru a special bolt that holds the transmision to the bell housing--I used a new rubber covered one,but you need to take the rubber off to screw the cable into the special bolt-- I also put a stifener on the wire inside the tranny- i used a piece of brake line about 4 in. long-holds the wire so it dont bend instead of thifting like its suposed to - hope this helps!
