Like the looks of the 706, like the Cockshutt 550, like the Case V because of the foot throttle as well as the hand throttle, sentimental favorite is Dad"s old MH 44 gas standard just because I grew up on it, Dads gone but still have the 44.

THE 430 diesel Case , Because it is always ready to go ..I have a NH hay stacker like that i would like to sell

My D19 AC. I just enjoy driving it.

When I was farming and had both the D19 and an 856 Farmall, I always said if it wasn't for 30 more hp, cab and duals, I'd just as soon drive the D19. That's not to say I didn't like the 856, I just enjoyed driving the D19 a bit better.

I really like that 740. around here row crops were the big thing as far as JD, Farmall, Allis, but for some reason the ford never made a big show in the row crop series. not familiar with it , but looks bigger than an IH super C

About that time frame one neighbor bought a WF ford select-o speed I ran it a couple times , but didn't like it. I preferred his Ford Ferguson.

That 740 I could have played all day with.

yep, about 34 hp or so.. so a lil bigger weight wise too than a C.

turns on a dime and even gives you change.

I prefer the later 2 piece bolster to the 1 piece front bolster.. but .. it serves it's purpose.

for a WF rowcrop, Ilike my 1963 4000.. uped the hp to about 48 or so. this one has a good set of power adjust rims, the factory WF, and a sherman combo tranny giving it 12 forward gears and 3 r..

Have to say it's my old W6 with factory Hyd, my Dad and Grandad bought new in 50. She's sitting out in the garage beside the 29 10-20 on steel.

i like wayyy too many tractors. my favorite would be an oliver 1655 and next would be an oliver 1855. My favorite non-olivers would be a white american 60, massey ferguson 165 and jd 3020

Today it was the 656U Hydro, loader and back blade working on the road and back filling around the house.

Never had to farm with it and glad I don't now with the price of gasoline, but my '51 John Deere G is a great "toy". I've got it warmed up enough to where it pulls pretty good (around 60 horses) in the 6500 lb. class....don't win 'em all but win my share.
I farmed with a Super M as my "main tractor" many years ago and liked that tractor very much too, but it didn't have the "character" the old Johnny Popper has.

Not to convenient for most jobs, but this one gives me the feeling of POWER, LOL And the GP brings back the most memories.

1105 Massey or 180 Massey, the 1105 was my big tractor once, but now it lounges around mowing hay and planting. The 180 is a great chore/ mowing raking tractor and easy on the fuel.

Although that is a nice one too and if I only had a choice of one I'd like the row crop because I don't think there are many in western Pa.

As I said row crops were very popular in My stompin grounds even with the hilly terrain.

Just thinking about it the only one of that size about was a Case don't remember the model it was red and tan

I REALLY like the Yanmars from the mid-late 80s.
Some of the most bulletproof, and useful tractors on the planet.
Hardcore to the bone.

We have a 336d
Dont have any pictures, but trust me.

IMO, these series Olivers were by and FAR the best looking tractors ever.
Also, the powerplant options were amazing.

1950 with GM on the left, and 1850 with Perkins on the right.
Im partial to the 1850s just because my grandfather had 2 of them.

Another great looking tractor, that is as good as they come, if not the best.
