Mccormick Deering 15-30

A friend at work has 2 Mccormick Deering 15-30 tractors. For me they are sight unseen. Neither run, not sure why. They have rims you can put rubber on instead of steel wheels. He says they are rare wheels. What would be a reasonable price for these. Are they popular/rare. How much would they be worth if running. Neither of us want them to go to the scrap yard. But he wants them gone. What are some things to look for. I don"t have any pics yet. Lastly, anyone want to buy a couple of McCormick Deering 15-30's? Thanks for the help, Nick
