Barge Box Wagon Hoist

I have an old Heider barge box that I am looking for a new hoist to put under it. Does any one know where I might find a hoist?

How soon do you need it? With a little shopping around you could come up with a used one for darned near free. Here in Iowa there are a lot of used ones laying around if you can find them. Farmers are buying barge wagons at farm auctions just for the running gear. They burn (cringe) the box and don't know what to do with the hoist so it either lays around or is crushed. Jim

Is your Heider 10 feet long or 12? If you put a hoist made for a ten footer on a 12 foot wagon it won't raise as high as you would want it to. Jim

How big of a wagon was it on? I use the wagon to haul dirt & rock. 5 - 6 ton.

I would have to double check on the length. I don't need one right away. Just looking. Mine is twisted a little. We are trying to beef it up. If that doesn't work then I will need one.
