Weather reports from north and central Wisconsin? We"re down line here in central MIchigan. Forecasters are predicting over 1/2 inch of freezing rain overnight. What you seeing across the pond?

I think they must all be without power Ray. The ground's getting pretty darned white down here. If it doesn't go over to rain or ice,we're gonna be burried after 24 hours or so of this.
I just hope the roads are decent and they have power in Mt Pleasant by Thursday evening. We've got tickets to a concert up there.

It all rain in the milwaukee area, and south. North of hwy 33 they say should be seeing snow, and thats around allenton, west bend area. North of green bay 12-18 of snow.here in muskego they call for 1to 2 in of rain

I'm about 50 miles west of Wausau and nothing exciting here at 3 PM Tuesday. We got a couple inches ot snow/sleet this morning, but not an issue. Tonight and tomorrow they are talking about another 6+ inches. I'm more concerned about the 25 mph winds that are supposed to come with it. Wayne

Here, maybe this will warm you up!

Harlingen Texas
86°F/68°F TonightPartly cloudy. Low 68F. Winds SSE at 15 to 25 mph.

88°F/67°F WednesdayClouds giving way to sun

88°F/69°F ThursdayMorning clouds followed by afternoon sun

We're getting snow at the rate of an inch an hour here rr. Started about 3:15 EDT. Forecasts are for over HALF AN INCH OF ICE overnight. Took the truck in to get animal feed at Six Lakes a few minutes ago, pulled the generator out of the garage, pulled truck back in, put generator behind truck, by the door... Watered all the animals up full this afternoon.

Just got back from Chippewa Falls. Side roads were slushy/slippery when we left, but hwy. 27 was plowed and only wet. Rain/sleet most of the way there, but nothing on the way home. Total of maybe 1/2" sleet/snow, but more coming tonight if the guessers are right.
Wayne- if you're 50 miles west of Wausaw, we must be fairly close... I'm just outside Ladysmith. You must be near... Medford?

Started snowing at work about 11:00 a.m. big wet heavy snowflakes. I'd say roughly 2" of slush so far at home but is changing from snow to sleet then some rain and back to snow.
I'm really getting worried about my alfalfa fields.

Ok you guys in Wis. and Mic. You don't have to send your left over winter east to us. What did we do to you? LOL. The weather watchers here say 7"+ here, and extending south and east of me here in Central NY, all the way to Larry in Nj. They are also saying low in single digits Friday.
March has 9 days to straighten out, or it will have come in like a tiger and go out the same. The Acg.

Slush, sleet, snow, rain just south of Oshkosh. About an inch of s8!# so far today and it is now 6:00 p.m. Roads are slushy but quite driveable. That is in the country--I'm sure the 4-lane is clear. Hoping for a half foot of snow on top of the winter wheat before the 10 degree temperatures of the next few days. It would help. Good for the alfalfa fields too after the past week and a half of warm weather and a wakeup call. Lake Winnebago ice is black already but should tighten up in the coming cold. Unless, of course, big winds take it out. The lake is 10 miles across and 28 long so it can really shove (and no islands to stop it).

Ya, there saying 3-5" here, and south and west of Albany more. A guess? Up north in the Adirondacks, nothing. I saw crockeses up 3" in my yard on the 17th?? What a crazy start to spring, but you never know here in NY? JayinNY

At 7 A.M. today, Wednesday, I've got about 1
inch of frozen rain on the ground...looks like
rice grains. I'm about 10 miles north of LaCrosse
where I-90 crosses from Wisconsin into Minnesota.
Last nights weather predicted "Blizzard" conditions for Northern Wisconsin..5 to 10 inches
of snow.
Snow plows are out, Schools open but starting
late, here.

8:30 Wed., now. Still snowing steadily, and blowing. Hard to say how much we've gotten, as some areas are nearly bare, but there are drifts over 2 feet deep. No schools open in the area. Glad I haven't taken the snowblower off the tractor yet!
