Broken sleeve

Tried to pull a sleeve and it broke.How can i get it out?Its off a Case D.About an inch, 1/2 way around broke off.It didnt budge at all.

Are those dry sleeves? Can you get in there with a welder to lay a couple of beads up the inside of it? That will usually distort them so they shrink and lift right out.

Wet i believe,there is a o ring that is leaking behind the sleeve.So should the bead go around the sleeve or straight up the side?

Straight up the side,but if it's a wet sleeve,I don't know that it would work. Never heard of doing it with a wet sleeve anyway.

On dry sleeves you would go up the side so the OD would shrink. It is worth a try on a wet sleeve.
