1919 Fordson Value?

When we bought our home, the owners left behind what we think is a 1919 Fordson Tractor. We are ready to sell it and want to get a value for it. An estimate at least. Can someone take a look at our pictures and let me know thoughts? We have someone who may be interested and he asked me what we want for it and I need an intelligent response!

Thanks

Interesting front wheels. Must have been a special adaptation of some sort.

Also missing the fuel tank, and maybe more. I have no idea what it would be worth.

have you looked on the fordson forum down the page? lots of folks there in the know. I hope you can find someone to make her go,not too many ninty year old tractors around hate to see it get cut up! where are you located?

We're in Ohio. We've got someone who is interested and I am sure they won't cut it up. He was overjoyed when I called him. It is definitely missing the gas tank, the kerosene tank but the straps are there. Part of the steering wheel is missing but it is still there. Engine cranks, not sure if it will start. Not sure if the radiator has holes in it. The front wheels are definitely odd - we're not sure how they got there since it was here when we moved in. I'll check the Fordson forums below too.

About ten years ago, a 1924 model (probably not much different than a 1919) sold in running condition complete with fenders for a thousand dollars.

It isn't a 1919. The ribs on the upper radiator tank and the shape of the air washer tell me it is a model N, first produced in Ireland in 1929. Production moved to England in 1933.

Second time we have heard that. We're stumped about it because the serial number that is on it came back to a manufacturing date of October 1919. Either way, we'll check it again to be sure. Appreciate the feedback.

Hubby was looking in a wrong spot. He can't read the number in the location where it is supposed to be not where he thought he found it. He says it has a high compression head if that makes any difference.

Check out the Photo Adds to the left. There is an add for a 1918 Fordson model F dated 3-9-11. The add number is 422328. A 1919 would look like it.
