Here we go again like clockwork. Rain here all day today, 46 degrees, now were down to 31 and its snowing heavy. Weather gussers are saying 8-14 inches for us by tomarrow. We just had a foot of snow on Feb 25th. We get some warm temps and some rain, start to see the ground then, bam, another dumping of snow. Chores will be slow tomarrow, may even stop off and have breakfast instead of having it at home! LOL J

1 1/2 inches needed rain is SC, now clear and supposed to get down to 33 tonight. Warmer rest of week and mor rain forecast Wed. and Thurs.

I wasnt looking forward to feeding hay in Northwest Missouri, but I'll take our forecast over yours anytime.Looks like we are supposed to have a week of 30's at night, 40's for the days with clouds and rain.I know it beats snow, but mud on top of mud aint no fun either.Keep your stick on the ice,We're all in this together!

Jay,Same here! It switched over to snow about 3:30 this afternoon.Rt 20 traffic is real slow. I went to the woods yesterday afternoon with the hopes of filling the wood trailer. About got stuck with empty trailer 3 times. I had enough sense to dump the clutch and rock my way out before I was hung up. The pic is in the woods where the wind didn't make drifts. This morning, I probably could have made it and cut some wood, but it rained all day, till it turned to snow. It never got below 44F, until 3:00Pm. As you know Snow will be elevation oriented and west of Albany. I will give you a better update Tuesday. It's March in Central NY. I think our cyber friends in the MN.-MI-WI, are shareing their miserable weather with us.

Just started to change to snow a little before noon as we were walking into the Utica Aud to watch our Hamilton girls beat Sackets Harbor in the basketball sectionals. Walked out around 2:30 and 2-3 inches on the car by then. Forcasting up to 18 here, nearly half way there and coming down hard.

We've been missed and missed then hit by a little rain in sw corner of wisconsin. I have been able to see ground for almost two weeks know, stays cold and I have alot of manure to haul, but it needs to thaw first! On a different note that little case looks like he's having fun in the snow, great looking tractor!

Update from CNY.
Was snowing at 7:30 AM Sun. so I didn't plow until this AM (Mon.) A good foot, on top of mud. This is the third time in about two weeks here that we have just gotten rid of most of the snow cover just to get buried again.

Had to travel across 88 last night when it started freezing for a short trip. Man 88 gets hairy in a storm like that one

Ain't this some good old-fashion sugaring weather for upstate NY?

The sap flows better when you get thaw-freeze-thaw-freeze cycles.

It's been many years since we had a "spring." Usually it goes straight from winter to summer.
