Hey folks,

Was shopping today and just thought I'd ask what you folks are paying.

Cheapest motor oil I could find was $2.60 a quart.

110 pounds (50kg) corn = $22.00

Soybean meal (ground soybeans) = $29 110 pounds.

Beat pulp (molasses added) = $22.00 110 pounds

Barley and oats around 10-12 bucks for 110 pounds

How's that compare?

(quoted from post at 16:46:22 02/28/11) $2.60 a quart for good oil isn't too bad. We can buy
Rotella T 15-40 for $2.75 a quart in gallon jugs at
O'Reilly.

Pennzoil, castrol, and and mobil are around $4 a quart on post, the $2.60 is the cheapest on the local economy but oil can go as high as $10 a liter for mineral oil and twice that for synthetic.
I remember buying the mobil for 60 cents a quart 12 years ago......
