I made a post earlier about the National Anthem in Louisville last week, and how good it was...I seen it listed on the board, where or WHY did it get poofed????? Good greif!!!
 
Don't know. Must have been something offensive since I read it. Sure didn't see anything wrong at that point.
 
Somebody posted something unkind about the Messiah wanting to change the anthem. And you know we can't have that, People's feelings get hurt. Or to be PoliticallyCorrect, They get "PersonallyOffended"

I checked site comments. Dave2 said he had one about flashlights on tool talk that went away for some reason.
 
I made a post about a flashlight in tooltalk yesterday (don't know what I was thinking).. It got poofed also. Takes all kind of folks I guess.......
 
sorry, most likely my comment got your thread vaporized. Forgot to mark it as OT and said something politically incorrect.

One of these days I will learn to be polite and keep quiet.

Maybe we can get a OT chat at you own risk board.
Anytime you entered it you would have to click on the short and sweet "offense content, participate at our own risk" button.

Well, there ya go, Jack, referring to Him as the Messiah will get this one poofed, as well.

Probably just as well- we're probably preventing someone from finding out what weight oil to use in their H, even as we speak.
 
OT = off topic as the topic of conversation is supposed to relate to tractors?

Common board/forum practice to OT anything that is not on topic.

Hi Guys. I also noticed the post were removed and couldn't understand why. I seen NOTHING WRONG WITH THE SUBJECT/REPLY'S etc.Some time back, I made a suggestion on removal of posts. Thought it a great idea ,that if a post was offensive, JUST REMOVE THAT PARTICULAR REPLY and leave the subject mater intact.Lots of subject matter is worth responding to(and some not) but to those who want to respond, they have lost the opportunity to do so But again I don't run this site, and have no say in it's operation. I just think my idea merits some consideration, but again. I'ts not my call.Warmest regards ,

Dave. I was going to show the picture of the light to Victor and the wife. when I looked for your post,POOF IT WAS GONE. Could not phantom any reason as to why it was omitted and gone from the TOOL TALK forum . REGARDS, LOU.
 
I read it this morn'n. I didn't see any thing in your post that would make it go bye bye but some one had to toss in how much they love bho and poof it was gone.

Ever since the ot forum was take'n off this site they don't take kindly to political talk.

When the ot forum was take'n down here it has moved around some but most of the old folks are still around, if you want to bad mouth politics here's a link.

You can"t tell the truth here and be politicl correct at the same time. Way to many cry babies
, when you call them on there actions then you get poofed. Just ask Dave. But I don"t care if they can"t handle the truth I will still tell them.
 
2 fellows were discussing chain saws.I replied that I still use a swedish fiddle with a 30 inch blade at times.That got cleaned off.
