We plan on going on a trip from central Mn. to Chesaning , Michigan. Going the north way & may come back the south way. Will we be getting close to any of you? I don't know yet which highways we will travel. BIL is driving.

There is person south of Chesaning on State Rd. that has about 300 steel wheeled plows painted and set up around his place. Can see them from the road. Kind of interesting. Go to east side of Chesaning, then south.

I'm less then 20 miles from Chesaning. Used to be an Oliver dealer there. Now it's Agco Allis. (Junk).

I would assume you would be bringing 75 south of bridge and tie off on 127 straight south as apposed to staying on 75 and heading eastward. South 127 straight down through Gaylord , Grayling , Clare , Mt.Pleasant right on down to 57 and go east to Chesaning. As you go past MT.Pleasant I'm 6 mi. east. Wait 'til August to come and you can take in the big 4 day show in Oakly , just west of Chesaning. Have a good trip.

If you're coming south on I69, I'm about 2 miles east of exit 10. Lots of shows around us in late July and August.

I just got back from Caro MI last night. I go the lower way down thru Chicago. From Preston MN to Caro Mi is about 675 miles. Have made the trip many times as my fiances family lives there. Going to get married in Caro the 12th of March.

You're not too far from myself.. I'm bout 4-5 miles east of exit 22 off of 23..

Used to take exit 25, but Plank is just so dang rough anymore..

Yes the plows are on State road as you leave Chesaning town the Hwy will turn right at the next curve you will go straight about a half mile your there.
I am just 12 miles straight south of Chesaning. 1 1/2 east of M-52 3 miles soth of Owosso.
While in the area there is the Curwood castle built for the author James Oliver Curwood. They have the Curwood Festival the First Weekend in June. The only time the City wants you to drink beer .LOL
There is the Showboat in Chesaning I think that is in July though.
